Jeremy spent an hour and half with me on the phone just on one issue while setting up my copier, not to mention all of the other times when he made himself available for a consult. I have had my machine for about 2 years. I get my toner here too. I could save a few nickles and dimes online but online  can not beat good old genuine customer service. Thank you

We thought the info was sent over, when we got there found out it was not.  They said no problem. Send it now.  Sent the email, and less than 15 minutes later was walking out with my documents.  And the price was awesome!  Almost 1/4 of the cost that I was quoted elsewhere.   I would definitely recommend.

A & E started as a discount supply wholesaler for office copiers, faxes, and printers. A & E also specialized in supplies for wide format engineering copiers, blueprinters and CAD plotters.

Parts Supplies & Service

A and E Repro Systems, Inc has over 4000 Sq. Ft. of warehouse space to inventory parts and supplies so that we can service or repair your copier, printer, or blueprinting equipment quickly.

We stock parts and supplies for Konica-Minolta, Canon, KIP, H.P., Ricoh, Sharp and can order supplies and parts for virtually all makes and models of equipment to be drop shipped to our customers.

At only $125 per hr. our factory trained technicians can diagnose your problem(s) and usually restore your system back to being fully functional the same day.

You can enroll in an annual service agreement or a per call service program, whichever is best to fit your needs.

Maintenance / Service Contracts

A & E offers maintenance contracts for any make or model copier, printer, scanner or wide format machine on the market.

Our contracts include all parts, supplies and consumables that the machine could need (except paper.) Networking is not included in the maintenance contract.

Contracts are based on monthly printing/copying volume and can be adjusted quarter to quarter depending on machine usage.

Overage per page pricing can be adjusted depending on usage as well.

**1-4 hour response time is typical for most service calls.

Base Contract Pricing for Black & White copiers/printers – $99.00 with an allowance of 6,000 per quarter (every 3 months) with any overages billed in arrears at $0.015 per page

Base Contract Pricing for Color copiers/printers – $199.00 with an allowance of 6,000 black & white and 1,500 color per quarter (every 3 months) with any overages billed in arrears at $0.015 per page (B&W) and $0.08 per page (Color)

Wide Format Equipment

A&E Repro Systems Inc. sells both new and used large format printers/scanners/copiers from the following manufacturers: Canon (Dealer), KIP (Dealer), HP, Ricoh, Savin and Epson.

You have the option to purchase or lease your equipment. Short term and long term rentals are also available for you.

We sell and service any wide format equipment you may have.

We carry in stock all wide format paper in both the 2″ core or the 3″ core for your plotter or engineering copier, as well as any ink and toner!

At A & E Repro we specialize in selling Konica Minolta Bizhub color and black & white all in one office copiers, printers and scanners!

Our trained technicians can service your Konica Bizhub or any other manufacturers make/model on the market.

We have a demo room full of Konica Bizhub machines that are ready to be delivered! From base models starting at $1,295.00 for a 22 page per minute machine, up to $3,500.00 for a newer 65 page per minute machine.

All of our used Konica Bizhub copiers have low meter readings and have been thoroughly gone through by our technicians. We give 30 day warranties on all of our used printing, copying, scanning or wide format printing used machines.
